Towers, docks and building rules
Office towers in the grid come with inductions, loading dock bookings, goods lifts and access cards. Those rules are collected at the walk-through and written into the scope, so the first visit runs the way building management expects.
Retail and late trade
Rundle Mall and its arcades close in the evening, the East End and Hindley Street trade late, and Gouger Street fills at dinner near the Central Market. Each site is cleaned in the gap its own hours leave, which can mean late night or before dawn.
North of the river
North Adelaide is a different city again: O'Connell and Melbourne Streets, heritage houses used as practices, and the Women's and Children's Hospital. Parking, old finishes and narrow stairs shape these visits more than lifts and docks do.
