JC Commercial cleans commercial sites across South Australia. Regular cleaning is done by independent cleaning businesses working to our written scopes. Periodical work, such as floor care and builders cleans, is done by JC crews.
Run a cleaning business?
Take on sites as a subcontractor.
- You run your own business, with an ABN, public liability insurance and workers compensation (or personal accident cover if you work alone).
- Work comes as a Work Order: the site, the outcomes required, the visit pattern and a fixed price per visit.
- You decide the method, the people and the equipment, within the site's access times and rules.
- Every visit you sign in and out with the site's QR code and complete the checklist and photos the Work Order asks for.
- Paid per visit, on your invoice.

- Employed by JC under the Cleaning Services Award, paid at or above it.
- Inducted on every site before you start, with the safe work method statement for the job.
- Early starts, nights and weekends, across Adelaide and regional South Australia.
- A driver's licence helps.
