The brief

A pub's cleaning window is short and fixed: after the night's trade and before the first delivery and the first shift. At one CBD venue the window is 6 to 10 am, and access is arranged through the venue rather than with keys held by the cleaner.

How each visit runs

Every visit starts and ends with a scan of the QR code on site. Arriving puts a time on the visit. Leaving adds the time out and a confirmation that the venue was left secured, and anything found on the way round is reported in the same step.

What a record looked like this week

A Norwood pub on Thursday 15 October 2026: arrived 5:33 am, left 6:37 am, site secured, clean completed. The record was made automatically when the visit was signed out, so the venue had nothing to chase.
