Sealed and paved areas around the building can be swept or pressure cleaned as periodic work. Compacted rubble isn't pressure cleaned, so on those yards the scope sticks to litter and the sealed strips near the doors.
Benches, sinks, appliance fronts and the floor are cleaned after use, with the inside of ovens and fridges done periodically. Greasy rangehood filters are listed separately if the kitchen does a lot of cooking.
