Club pavilions
Bowls, tennis and croquet clubs have pavilions with bars, kitchens and toilets used heavily on match days. Visits follow the pennant season, and rooms used less in winter get a lighter schedule.
Colonel Light Gardens was planned as a model garden suburb on the old Grange Farm, and it was declared a State Heritage Area in 2000. It follows Goodwood Road, with wide tree-lined streets, laneways, an RSL sub-branch, a heritage-listed primary school and the bowling, tennis and croquet clubs that still use the Reade Park name.

Cleaning in Colonel Light Gardens

Many buildings here are from the 1920s and later, with brick, render and original details. Pressure cleaning old masonry can strip mortar and paint, so outdoor work uses low pressure or soft washing, and the method is agreed before work starts.
Shops and services along Goodwood Road open onto a busy road and footpath. Entries, glass and floors are cleaned before trading or after close, with the outdoor frontage swept on a set day.

Questions
Yes. A visit after match days covers the bar, kitchen, toilets and floor while the mess is fresh. Through the off-season, the frequency can drop and pick up again before the first round.
With the right settings, yes. Old brick and lime mortar are cleaned with low pressure and a wide fan, or soft washed, so the joints aren't blown out. A small test area comes first.
Cleaning is generally fine, but changes to the building are not. Methods that could remove paint, render or mortar are avoided, and anything that might alter the fabric is checked with you first.
Yes. Send the function calendar and visits are set after each event, with the regular clean in between. Spills, breakages or damage found after a function are photographed and noted in the record.
Meet us at your Colonel Light Gardens clubrooms, hall or shop. We'll look at the rooms, the floors and any old masonry outside, check your season or calendar, and send a written scope with the tasks, the frequency and the price.
