Elizabeth was founded in 1955 as a planned satellite city, about 24 km north of the Adelaide CBD, and it's still the seat of the City of Playford. The civic centre with its library and the Shedley Theatre, the Elizabeth Shopping Centre and the station at Mountbatten Square sit together, and the former Holden plant has been turned into a business park.

Yes. The visit is booked for late that night or early the next morning, before the building opens. Foyer floors, bars, toilets and seating areas are on the list, and show nights can be added as they're scheduled.
Often, yes. Old vinyl can be stripped of built-up polish, scrubbed and resealed, which usually makes a big difference. Worn or damaged sections are photographed and flagged so you can decide about repairs.
Yes. The warehouse floor, amenities and office each get their own frequency, so the office can be weekly while the floor is scrubbed monthly. All of it sits in one written scope.
Some of it can, like toilets, kitchens and touch points during quiet periods. Floors and desks are better done after close. The scope says which tasks happen when.
