Yes. Each surface is checked at the walk-through and listed with how it'll be cleaned. Old encaustic tile and timber get neutral products and gentle pads, and anything fragile is tested in a corner first.
Yes. An early morning visit covers the bar, dining floor, toilets and entry, and the beer garden can be done on a set day. The record shows the finish time, so the floor is dry before staff arrive.
Yes. Upstairs rooms are listed with the shop or on their own if a different tenant holds them. Narrow stairs and no lift just mean the equipment is carried up, which is noted in the scope.
Yes. A one-off visit can be added before or after any busy event, on top of the regular scope. Just book it a week or two ahead.
