Before the visitors arrive
Main Street fills by mid-morning, especially on weekends and holidays. Cafes, pubs and shops are cleaned before opening or after close, so floors are dry and toilets are stocked when the doors open.
Hahndorf was settled in 1839 and is the oldest surviving German settlement in Australia. Its Main Street holds more than a hundred shops, bakeries, pubs, restaurants and galleries, including the Hahndorf Academy, and it is one of the busiest visitor stops in the Adelaide Hills.

Cleaning in Hahndorf
Main Street fills by mid-morning, especially on weekends and holidays. Cafes, pubs and shops are cleaned before opening or after close, so floors are dry and toilets are stocked when the doors open.
Many shops are in stone cottages with old timber boards, tiles or brick floors. These need gentle products and careful machine work, and the scope notes any surface that should only be swept and damp mopped.
Busy kitchens leave grease on back-of-house floors, and dining rooms and beer gardens take heavy wear. Front of house is cleaned on the regular scope, with kitchen deep cleans and pressure cleaning as periodic lines.

Questions
Yes. Early morning visits are common on Main Street. The clean is timed to finish before opening, and the visit record shows the finish time so you can check it.
It depends on the finish. Sealed boards can often be scrubbed lightly and recoated. Bare or fragile boards are swept and damp mopped only. A test patch comes first, and the scope records the method.
Yes. Extra visits for peak periods can be written into the scope in advance, so they are booked before the crowds arrive.
Yes. Pavers, decking and courtyards are pressure cleaned as periodic work, often before spring and after summer. It's booked outside trading hours.
Kitchen floors and walls can be degreased on the regular scope, and a full kitchen deep clean, including under equipment and the canopy filters, can be booked as periodic work.
Book a walk-through at your Hahndorf premises. We'll look at the floors and their finish, the kitchen, the toilets, any courtyard or beer garden, and your trading hours, then send a written scope with the travel included.
