Cleaning in McLaren Vale
Tasting benches collect wine drips, glass rings and fine dirt blown in off the rows of vines. Counters, glassware shelves, floors and toilets are reset before opening, and after a big weekend Monday is often the heaviest visit of the week.
Winery restaurants and function rooms run long lunches, weddings and events, with busy kitchens behind them. Floors, amenities and dining rooms are reset after a function, and kitchen deep cleans go into the quieter months.

Yes. The scope can carry a vintage frequency for the busy weeks and a standard one for the rest of the year. Amenities and crib rooms used by casual vintage workers often need a daily visit while the fruit is coming in.
Yes. An early visit leaves benches, glass doors, floors and toilets ready for the first tasting. The record shows the finish time, so you know it was done before opening.
Yes, as a one-off or as a standing arrangement. After the event the floors, toilets, bars and dining areas are reset, and anything broken or left behind is noted in the record for the venue manager.
No. Tanks, presses, barrels and anything that touches the wine stay with your winemaking staff and their sanitation program. The scope covers the people spaces: the cellar door, offices, amenities and lunchrooms.
Heavy coir or rubber matting at each door catches most of it. Timber boards are dust mopped first and then damp mopped with a neutral product, never soaked, and outside glass facing the vines is washed on a rotation to safe ladder height.
