Paths are cleaned in sections so there's always a dry route, wet areas are signed, and pressure cleaning is booked when residents have been told in advance. Hoses and leads are kept off the walkways.
Yes. Holiday cleans cover carpet extraction, hard-floor scrubbing and sealing, desk and chair cleaning, and windows to safe ladder height. They're scoped as periodic work and booked around any holiday programs on site.
