Shopping centre tenancies
Shops in a large centre trade long hours, so the work fits before the doors open or after they close. The shop floor, the storeroom, the staff room and the shopfront glass each get their own line in the scope.
Smithfield is one of the oldest townships in Adelaide's north, laid out in 1854 around Augusta Square, with Main North Road on its eastern side and a station on the Gawler line. Munno Para Shopping City sits south of Smith Creek, and a light industrial strip runs beside the railway.

Cleaning in Smithfield
Shops in a large centre trade long hours, so the work fits before the doors open or after they close. The shop floor, the storeroom, the staff room and the shopfront glass each get their own line in the scope.
The lots along the line are a mix of workshops, yards and small warehouses. Concrete floors are swept and scrubbed, oily patches are degreased, and the office and lunchroom at the front are cleaned to an office standard.
Service stations, a historic hotel and other roadside businesses on Main North Road take car park dirt through the door all day. Rubber matting, entries and toilets used by the public need a frequency that matches the traffic, often daily.

Questions
Yes, within the centre's access hours for tenants and contractors. Most shops are done early in the morning, so floors are dry and the glass is clear before trade. The centre's induction and sign-in rules go into the scope.
It depends on the traffic. A busy roadside site might need a daily full clean plus a quick check later in the day. The record logs each visit with a time and photos, which helps if there's ever a complaint.
They're lifted, the floor underneath is cleaned, and the mats are scrubbed or pressure washed and left to dry before going back. Outdoor mats are usually done weekly, indoor ones less often.
Usually early in the morning before trade. The bar, dining floor and toilets come first, and the beer garden furniture and paving are done on a set day each week or after a big night.
Yes. Vehicles and machines are worked around, or moved by your own people first if the floor underneath needs doing. Machinery stays isolated and untouched unless the scope lists exterior wipe-downs.
We'll visit your Smithfield shop, workshop or roadside site, look at the entries, floors, toilets and back rooms, note your trading hours and any centre rules, and send a written scope with the tasks, frequencies and price.
