Each tread is vacuumed, edges included, and the handrail and balustrade are wiped every visit. Carpeted stairs can be added to the periodic carpet extraction, and hard stairs get a damp mop with a product that won't leave them slippery.
Yes, from stock you keep on site. The visit record notes when supplies are running low, so you can reorder before they run out.
The finish time is set in the scope, usually well before late evening. Vacuuming and bin work happen first, and quieter tasks like wiping and mopping come last. If an early morning suits the street better, the visit can move.
Yes. Sweeping or blowing the car park can go on a periodic rotation, and a pressure clean of the paving can be added once or twice a year where stains or moss build up. Both are listed separately from the regular visit.
