Yes, inside and out at ground level. On a busy road the outside often needs it weekly, while the inside can go longer. The scope lists the glass as its own task with its own frequency, so you can adjust it later.
Yes. A daytime visit works through the back rooms and kitchen first and leaves the front room until it's quiet, or until just after closing. The record shows when each area was done.
