Hours, not a price. We price the scope after a 15-minute walk through the site. Or call (08) 6385 6664.

      Changing cleaners

Switching from your current cleaner. Without a gap.

      1. 1Before you give notice

        Scope and price first.

We walk the site and send the written scope with the price, so you know exactly what you're moving to before you tell anyone.

      2. 2Your start date

        No gap, no overlap.

Check the notice period in your current agreement. The first visit is booked for the day after it ends.

      3. 3Keys and lock-up

        Handed over in person.

Keys, alarm and access are sorted at the walk-through, and the lock-up steps are written into your scope. Codes are never sent by email.

      4. 4From the first visit

        On the record.

The scope is followed and recorded from day one: arrival and departure, each area ticked off, and photos of the areas that matter.

No lock-in contract. The notice period is in writing, both ways. And once we start, any issue you raise is acknowledged within 2 hours and resolved within 24. That’s in the contract too.

      Questions

      Venue managers ask.

Can you clean after we close and before we open?

That's the default. Visits start after close and finish before your first shift, so nobody mops around customers and the venue is ready when staff arrive.

Do you clean the gaming room?

Yes. Machines are wiped on the outside and screens are cleaned with the right product, then chairs, ashtray areas and carpet. Anything inside the machines stays with your technician.

      What about the kitchen?

The kitchen floor and drains are part of a venue clean. A full kitchen deep clean, including the canopy filters, is scheduled separately, usually monthly or quarterly, so it doesn't slow the nightly clean.

Can you handle a big night, a function or a race day?

Yes. Add a one-off visit for the morning after, or extend the normal visit. Tell us the date and the numbers and it goes in the scope.

How do we know it was done before the first shift?

The duty manager gets the visit record when the clean finishes: the times in and out, each area ticked off, photos of the floors and toilets, and anything flagged, like a broken soap dispenser or a urinal sensor.

      How is it priced?

After a 15-minute walk-through of the venue. Size, trading nights and what each visit covers decide the time on site, and the price follows that scope.

      Book

      Walk the venue with us.

Fifteen minutes, before or after trade. We look at the floors, the gaming room, the toilets and the garden, then send a written scope with the price.
