Seaside towns with a high season
Port Elliot, Middleton and Goolwa swell with visitors over the warm months and on long weekends. Holiday parks, eateries, galleries and retailers there want extra attention in January, then a lighter routine once the crowds thin out.
Old stone and wine districts
Strathalbyn is a classified heritage town and Goolwa has a state heritage area, so plenty of businesses operate inside nineteenth-century buildings that call for gentler methods. Out near Langhorne Creek, vintage creates a separate rush each autumn.
Working without a local depot
JC isn't based on the Fleurieu. Driving time is costed into the scope, regular work runs on fixed days, and carpets, windows or scrubbing are added to those same trips wherever practical.
