Inner west: Thebarton to Mile End
The eastern suburbs mix heritage hotels, converted factories, showrooms and the cafés of Henley Beach Road. Buildings are often old, with timber floors, high ceilings and street-facing glass that takes road grime, so the scope leans on floor care and regular glass work.
Richmond Road and Marion Road
Through Marleston, Richmond and Netley the land turns to office-warehouses, trade counters and newer business estates near the airport boundary. A typical unit has a front office, one or two toilets and a concrete floor out the back, each with its own frequency.
Anzac Highway and the coast
To the south, Keswick, Kurralta Park and Plympton hold office buildings, clinics and shopping centres along Anzac Highway. Out west, the airport's business parks run on freight hours, and West Beach brings holiday-park amenity blocks, clubrooms and sand on every floor.
