West Beach is the seaside suburb between Glenelg North and Henley Beach South, west of the airport. Most of it falls in the City of West Torrens, and that part is largely reserve: a beachfront holiday park, two golf courses, a boat ramp, tennis courts and a coastal walkway.

Cleaning in West Beach
Toilet and shower blocks, camp kitchens and laundries in a busy holiday park are used from dawn until late. They're cleaned on set rounds through the day, with tiled floors and showers scrubbed and drains cleared of sand and hair.
Clubrooms by the reserve have bars, function rooms, kitchens and change rooms that fill on weekends and event days. Visits are timed for after the busy days, with carpets and hard floors on a periodic rotation.
Sand comes in on every shoe, and salt spray leaves a film on glass and metal near the beach. Entry mats, floor edges and ground-level glass get extra attention, and outdoor furniture and railings can be wiped as part of the visit.

Yes. Peak season and school holidays can need two or three rounds a day, dropping back to one in the quieter months. The scope sets a summer and a winter schedule so the hours follow the bookings.
Shower and floor drains are cleared of sand and hair each visit, and grates lifted on a set rotation. A drain that stays slow is flagged in the record, so your maintenance people can get to it before it floods the floor.
Yes. The clean is booked for the morning after: floors, bar, toilets and kitchen, bins out and furniture set back. Spills on carpet are treated straight away so they don't set.
Salt leaves a hazy film that smears if wiped dry. Glass is washed with clean water and squeegeed, more often on the sea-facing side. We don't clean windows above safe ladder height.
Yes, as periodic work. Barbecue grease, food spills and bird droppings on paving are treated first, then pressure cleaned on a morning when the area can be closed off.
