Old shops, small floors
Elizabeth Street's heritage shops have small floor plates, old tiles or timber, high ceilings and original windows. Old surfaces are cleaned gently with neutral products, and high ledges are dusted to a safe ladder height.
Croydon is an inner north-western suburb about four and a half kilometres from the city, bounded by Torrens Road, South Road and Port Road. Its heart is the café and retro shop strip around Elizabeth and Queen streets, a row of heritage shops set back from the main roads.

Cafés and food shops need the front of house done before trade, and the floor degreased wherever cooking happens. A visit after close or before opening keeps the work out of the customers' way.
Businesses on Port, South and Torrens roads deal with heavy traffic, road grime on glass and little room to park at the door. The walk-through checks where the van can stop, and entry glass is wiped each visit.

Questions
Yes. Old ceramic and encaustic tiles are swept, then cleaned with a pH-neutral product and a soft pad. Acidic or harsh cleaners are avoided because they can etch the glaze and loosen old grout.
Ceilings and cornices within safe ladder height can be dusted on a periodic line, with stock below covered first. Anything higher needs a platform and is scoped as a separate job.
Yes. Kitchen floors are degreased and scrubbed, and floor drains cleared of food scraps. Canopies, filters and ovens are a separate deep-clean job on their own line.
The walk-through checks the nearest legal parking and how equipment reaches your door. Visits before or after trade usually find street parking easier, and the plan is noted in the scope.
Yes. A one-off clean after a refit clears fine dust from shelving, ledges, glass and floors so stock can go straight back on display. It's scoped separately from any regular cleaning.
Meet us at your Croydon shop or office. We'll look at the floors, the old finishes, the back of house and the parking, and send a written scope with the tasks, the visit times and the price.
