Yes. The scope lists each part separately: the showroom and office on one frequency, the warehouse floor, dock and amenities on another. One visit can cover both, or the warehouse can move to a different day if trucks are busy.
Yes. If your site is close to Coopers Stadium, match nights are flagged in the scope and visits move to another evening or the early morning. The fixture list is checked each season, and the record shows the date and time each visit actually happened.
Mostly, yes. Fresh oil lifts with a degreaser and a scrubbing machine. Old stains that have soaked into bare concrete usually fade rather than vanish, and the scope says so plainly before the job is booked.
Amenities used by the people on the floor often need more frequent visits than the office: benches, the fridge front, microwave, sinks, toilets and the floor. They're scheduled at their own frequency in the scope, often daily.
