Yes. Lobby floors, lift interiors and glass are done in short, quiet passes, with signs out on wet floors. Corridor and stairwell vacuuming is timed for mid-morning, when most guests are out.
With good entry mats, a dust mop before any wet cleaning, and more frequent vacuuming of the mats and carpet near the door. Sand left on a hard floor acts like sandpaper, so it's lifted before the mop goes down.
Yes. Lobbies, lifts, corridors, stairwells, bin rooms and car parks are listed with a frequency for each. The visit record with photos goes to the strata manager, so owners can see what was done.
