Tenancies inside a big centre follow the centre's rules: set access doors, sign-in with security, and limits on when trolleys and machines can move through the malls. Those rules are copied into the scope so each visit runs within them.
Away from the centre, industrial and commercial buildings line the arterial roads, mixing offices with storage and workshop space. Those areas are scoped as separate lines, so a dusty shed doesn't set the pace for the office.
Torrens, Hanson and Regency roads meet at the Arndale corner, and the stream of traffic coats glass, signs and doorways in fine grime. Door glass and frames are wiped each visit, and outside windows go on a periodic rotation.

Questions
The centre usually looks after malls, common seating and public toilets, while each tenant handles the inside of their own shop. The walk-through confirms that boundary, and the scope covers only your part: shop floor, fitting rooms, stockroom and staff toilet.
Yes. The office, kitchenette and toilet are done first, then the workshop slab is swept or scrubbed while the office dries. If the workshop only gets dirty some weeks, it can drop to a fortnightly or monthly line.
Yes. Mirrors, hooks, benches and the floors in fitting rooms are wiped and vacuumed each visit, because shoppers notice them first. Stockrooms are tidied around rather than reorganised.
Rubber-backed and coir mats are lifted, beaten out and the tiles under them mopped. Badly soiled mats are hosed and scrubbed outdoors, then dried flat before going back.
Signage within safe ladder height can be wiped down as periodic work. Pylon signs or anything higher need a lift, and they're scoped as a separate high-access job.
