Yes. An empty building is the easiest time to do it. The floor is swept, degreased where oil or tyre marks have built up, and machine scrubbed end to end, along with the amenities and the office. It's scoped as a one-off job, separate from any regular cleaning.
Yes, by following your traffic management plan. Areas being cleaned are coned or barricaded, high-visibility clothing is worn, and aisles in use are left until they're clear. Some sites prefer the floor done after the last shift instead, and the scope records which.
Yes, as periodic work. Racking tops, beams, trusses and high light fittings are dusted from a scissor lift, a boom lift or with extension tools, depending on the height and access. Stock below is covered or moved first, and the job is booked when the area can be closed off.
