Before the first coffee
Cafes and bakeries on Mount Barker Road open early, so floors, counters, toilets and front glass are done before trade or straight after close. The scope records which, and the visit record shows the finish time.
Stirling's main street is Mount Barker Road, lined with cafes, bakeries, pubs, shops and professional offices, and the Adelaide Hills Council has its head office here. It is one of the wettest towns in South Australia, and in autumn its maples, elms and oaks bring visitors and a lot of leaves.

From April to May the deciduous trees drop leaves across footpaths and into doorways, then winter rain follows. Mats are shaken or swapped, entry floors mopped every visit, and glass doors wiped where hands and wet dogs press against them.
Accountants, health practices and small offices sit above and behind the shops. These suit a quieter after-hours clean, with keys or alarm codes handled the way your business sets out in the scope.

Questions
Yes. An evening visit leaves the floors dry, the toilets stocked and the counters wiped for the morning. If you trade late on weekends, the scope can move that night's visit to early morning instead.
Entry floors and mats get extra time from autumn through winter. Leaf litter is cleared from the doorway and the first metres inside. Gutters, roofs and footpaths are outside the regular scope.
Yes, at ground level and to safe ladder height. Shopfront glass is usually done weekly or fortnightly on its own line in the scope, with a quick wipe of the door glass every visit.
Yes. Small suites are scoped by the time they take. With the travel from the city counted, a longer visit once or twice a week is often better value than short daily ones.
Yes. Carpet extraction is listed as a separate periodic job, usually booked for spring once the wet months are over. The visit record includes photos before and after.
Meet us at your Stirling premises. We'll look at the entry and the mats, the floors, the kitchen and toilets, and your trading hours, then send a written scope with the tasks, the visit times and the travel included.
