Questions
Yes. Building inductions, sign-in rules and access-card arrangements go into the scope before the first visit. If the building has set hours for contractors or a loading dock booking, the visits are timed to fit.
That depends on the lease. If the owner or strata manager covers them, they can be scoped as a separate job. If your tenancy includes a floor's common areas, they go into your scope as their own line.
Inside glass is part of the scope, either on each visit or as a periodic task. Outside glass is included only up to safe ladder height. We don't clean outside glass higher than that on a multi-storey building.
Bins are emptied into the building's waste room or the bins you nominate, with recycling kept separate. If the building has a cardboard or e-waste area, the scope notes it, and an overflowing bin room is flagged in the visit record.
Yes. A one-off clean covering carpet extraction, desk and chair detailing, kitchen degreasing and high dusting can be booked for a quiet weekend. It's scoped from the same walk-through and listed separately from regular visits.
Each visit leaves a record with a time-stamped start and finish, the tasks ticked off by area, and photos of the areas that matter. You can check it the next morning, and anything found, such as a leaking tap, is flagged.
