Offices over the strip are usually reached by a stair from the street or a rear lane, sometimes shared with a café or shop downstairs. Equipment is carried up by hand, so the walk-through checks the stair width and where the van can stop.
Prospect's leafy side streets are lined with villas and bungalows, and some now serve as practices and small offices. Expect a mix of carpet, original boards and tiled wet areas, each with its own method and product.
Along Main North Road, offices tend to sit in low-rise blocks and former shops with parking out the front. Busier traffic and open car parks bring more grit through the door, so entry mats and the first few metres of carpet need closer attention.

Usually a few hours, depending on the pile, the weather and the airflow. Air movers speed it up, and the job is timed so the carpet has the evening or the weekend to dry. If someone must cross it sooner, clean shoe covers protect the fibres.
Chairs, bins and light furniture are moved and put back where they were. Heavy desks, cabinets and server racks usually stay put, and the carpet is cleaned around them. If you'd like everything shifted for a full extraction, say so at the walk-through and the time is added.
Many do, especially recent ones. Older stains that have set, or marks left by bleach or dye, may lighten rather than disappear. You'll be told on the walk-through which marks are likely to shift, so there are no surprises on the day.
Yes. A deep carpet clean stands on its own as a job, and plenty of offices book one at the end of the financial year, before a move or after a renovation. It can join a regular scope later, on a rotation that suits your foot traffic.
