Yes. The scope lists each restricted room and what happens there: skipped, cleaned only while one of your people is present, or limited to bins and floors. Nothing outside the agreed list is entered, and the visit record shows what was done.
Yes, and some offices prefer it, especially where after-hours access is tightly controlled. Daytime visits focus on washrooms, kitchens and touch points while people work, with vacuuming timed for the quieter parts of the day.
Yes. An end-of-lease clean covers wipeable marks on walls, kitchen and washroom fittings, glass, skirting and floors, with carpet extraction listed separately if the lease asks for it. It's scoped as a one-off job from a walk-through.
Floors and outside surfaces can be done with dry methods only, and only if you want them included. Racks, equipment and cabling aren't touched. Many offices leave these rooms out of the scope altogether, and that's noted too.
Each visit leaves a record with a time-stamped start and finish, the tasks ticked off by area and photos of the areas that matter. Anything found, such as a leaking tap in the kitchenette, is flagged in the record.
