Commercial cleaning, Dry Creek Commercial cleaning in Dry Creek.Rail yards, wetlands and new ground.

Dry Creek is a mostly industrial suburb north of the city, split between the City of Salisbury and the City of Port Adelaide Enfield. The Gawler line, an Adelaide Metro railcar depot, the Port River Expressway and the North-South Motorway all cross it, and the former salt fields are earmarked for future housing.

Cleaning in Dry Creek

Big land parcels, few neighbours.

Transport and maintenance depots

Depots here keep long hours and run a mix of workshop floors, parts stores, drivers' rooms and offices. Each area gets its own task list, because a workshop floor with brake dust and grease needs a different product, pad and frequency to a meeting room.

Wetlands next door

The Dry Creek wetlands and mangrove channels sit close to the industrial land, so what goes down an outside drain matters. Pressure cleaning and floor scrubbing are planned so the dirty water is collected or sent to the right point, and the scope records how.

Site sheds and new estates

With large tracts being prepared for future development, temporary site offices, crib huts and toilet blocks appear for months at a time. These can be cleaned on a short-term schedule, then a final clean done before the compound is dismantled.

      Questions

Commercial cleaning in Dry Creek: questions.

Can you clean during our annual shutdown?

Yes. A shutdown is the right time for jobs that need an empty floor: scrubbing workshop concrete, degreasing around machines once they're isolated, washing amenity walls and dusting high fittings with a lift. It's scoped as a one-off alongside the regular visits.

We're near the wetlands. Where does the wash water go?

That's agreed before any outdoor wash-down. Depending on your site, water is vacuumed up, bunded and pumped to a trade waste point, or kept to a wash bay that drains correctly. It's written into the scope so the method doesn't change from visit to visit.

Can you clean a temporary site office for a few months only?

Yes. Portable offices, crib huts and toilet blocks can be cleaned weekly or twice weekly for as long as the project runs, with the schedule ending when you give notice. A final clean before the buildings are removed can be added.

Our workshop floor is black with brake dust. Can it come up?

Usually a large part of it can. Brake dust and grease respond to a heavy-duty degreaser worked in with a scrubber, then a rinse and pick-up. Bare concrete that has absorbed years of residue may stay darker, and that's noted on the walk-through.

Is access difficult on large blocks with locked gates?

Not if it's planned. Gate codes, key safes, swipe cards and the route from the gate to each building go into the scope, along with who to call if a gate won't open.

Meet us at the gate. We'll plan the route and the water.

We'll walk your Dry Creek depot or compound, the workshop, amenities and offices, check the drains and access, and send a written scope with the tasks, the timing and the price.
