Newly built warehouses and workshops need a builders clean before the keys are handed over: construction dust off every surface, paint and sticker removal from glass, and a scrub of the new slab. That one-off job is scoped separately from the regular cleaning that follows.

Yes. A builders clean covers dust removal from walls, ledges, windows and fittings, cleaning the amenities and office, removing labels and paint from glass, and scrubbing the slab. It's scoped from the plans or a walk-through, with access dates agreed with the builder.
It depends on the slab finish and how the building will be used. Some slabs are already sealed or polished, others are left raw. The walk-through identifies the finish, and sealing is quoted only where it suits the floor and the work done on it.
Yes. Each area gets its own frequency, so the office, kitchenette and toilets can be weekly while the warehouse floor is scrubbed monthly. The scope shows each line separately.
